What Is XOOMO?

Xoomo (zoo-mo) is a next-gen professional wrestling league that merges Olympic freestyle technique with sumo-style push-out rules—on an elevated, shrinking platform that raises both the physical and emotional stakes with each round.

The XOOMO Format

Three Rounds. Rising Stakes. One Winner.

Duals take place on a mat that starts 6 feet off the ground and rises round by round.

Multiple Ways to Score

Wrestlers score by takedowns, exposure—and by pushing their opponent off the edge.

Elevated Platform

Mat shrinks each round. The danger increases. Mistakes become decisive.

THE MAT

Elevated circular platform, starting 6 feet high.

ROUND PROGRESSION

Round 1 (3 min) – Full-sized mat, standard freestyle rules + push-outs.

Round 2 (2 min) – Mat shrinks, rises to 8 feet. Higher fall risk.

Round 3 (1 min) – Mat shrinks again, now 10 feet up. No room for error.
